| 猪流行性腹泻病毒（PEDV）可以感染各个年龄段的猪只，但更易感染刚出生的仔猪。仔猪流行性腹泻是猪场一种较为普遍的疾病，具有较大的危害性。文章通过调查连云港某猪场新生仔猪（2019年4—5月期间56头母猪产下的全部641头活仔猪）发生腹泻及其死亡情况，结果发现哺乳期共死亡仔猪94头（其中疾病死亡共42头，约占45%），其中流行性腹泻死亡21头，占疾病死亡的50%，占总死亡的22%。另外，结合走访当地一些养猪户了解到目前仔猪流行性腹泻的危害仍然较大。最后，分析了仔猪流行性腹泻的发生原因并提出预防措施，为降低仔猪流行性腹泻的发生率以及为猪场采取有效的防治措施提供参考或借鉴。 |

| Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) can infect pigs of all ages but is more likely to infect newborn piglets. Piglet epidemic diarrhea is a kind of common but harmful disease in pig farm. A total of 641 live piglets produced by 56 sows in a pig farm in Lianyungang from April to May of 2019 were investigated. The results showed that 94 piglets died during lactation, including 42 died of diseases, accounting for about 45%. Among them, 21 died of epidemic diarrhea, accounting for 50% of deaths and 22% of total deaths. In addition, by visiting some local pig farmers found that the current losses caused by piglet epidemic diarrhea is still large. Finally, the causes of epidemic diarrhea in piglets are analyzed and preventive measures are put forward to provide reference for reducing the incidence of epidemic diarrhea in piglets and taking more effective prevention and treatment methods for pig farms to reduce losses. |
