猪繁殖与呼吸综合征（Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome，PRRS）是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus，PRRSV）感染引起的一种以妊娠母猪发热流产、仔猪高死亡率和各年龄段猪呼吸功能障碍为主要特征的高度接触性传染病。目前，该病在全球范围内均有分布，对养猪业造成的经济损失不计其数。自1996年我国首次分离PRRSV到如今，该病已在我国横行了25年之久，却依旧无法有效防治。文章对目前国内外猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病原、流行病学、临床症状以及疫苗免疫和综合防控措施等方面的研究进展进行综述，以期为该病的防控提供科学依据。

英文摘要:

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) is a highly contagious disease infected by the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), which is characterized with febrile abortion in pregnant sows, high piglet mortality and respiratory dysfunction in pigs of all ages. At present, the disease is distributed globally, causing countless economic losses to the pig industry. PRRSV has been rampant in China for 25 years since its fi rst isolated in 1996 but it still cannot be effectively prevented. This article reviews the current domestic and foreign research progress on the pathogen, epidemiology, clinical symptoms, vaccine immunization and comprehensive prevention and control measures of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome in order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of the disease.
