As a new type of green and environmental friendly functional feed, fermented feed has the characteristics of improving feed nutritional value, reducing the content of anti-nutritional factors, improving feed palatability, improving animal intestinal health, promoting animal growth and development, improving animal products quality, and reducing the pollution of feces to the environment. In this paper, the defi nition and benefi ts of fermented feed were briefl y summarized, and its infl uence on pork quality, and the application in pork production were mainly discussed, aiming to provide reference for the rational development and effi cient application of fermented feed. |
