| 大肠杆菌病是常见的人畜共患传染病，该病能造成幼畜的大量感染和死亡，猪大肠杆菌病分为黄痢型，白痢型，水肿型和断奶仔猪腹泻，是根据患病仔猪年龄与致病性大肠杆菌的种类不同进行分类。黄痢型，潜伏期短，病发快，在1~3日龄仔猪中最常见，排黄色稀薄粪便，死亡快速。白痢型，常发生于10~20日龄仔猪，粪便呈白色糊状，可病愈，死亡率低。水肿型，是断奶仔猪常发的肠毒血症，引起胃壁等部位水肿，发病率低，但死亡率高。断奶仔猪腹泻，常发于断奶后6~10 d的仔猪，主要表现为严重脱水，黏膜发绀，肺部干燥贫血等。大肠杆菌病主要通过LT、ST、PCR等方法来检测。目前，用于免疫的疫苗多数是多价灭活苗。随着大规模集约化养猪业的发展，致病性大肠杆菌对养猪生产造成的损失正在增加，并在引起了人们的重点关注。 |

| Colibacillosis is a common zoonotic infectious disease, which can cause a large number of infections and deaths in young animals. Swine Colibacillosis is divided into yellow scour, white scour, edema and weaned piglet diarrhea. It is based on the age of piglets and the cause Different types of pathogenic E. coli are classifi ed. Yellow scour type, with characteristics of short incubation period and rapid onset of disease, is the most common in 1~3 day old piglets, which discharges yellow sparse stool and dies rapidly. White scour type, usually occurs in 10~20 day old piglets, with characteristics such as white paste stool, curability and low mortality. Edema type is a common enterotoxemia in weaned piglets, causing edema in the stomach wall and other parts, with low morbidity but high mortality. Diarrhea in weaned piglets, which usually occurs in piglets 6~10 days after weaning, is mainly manifested as severe dehydration, mucosal cyanosis, dry lung anemia and so on. Escherichia coil was detected mainly by LT, ST, PCR and other methods. At present, most of the vaccines used for immunization are multivalent inactivated vaccines. With the development of large-scale intensive aquaculture, the loss of pathogenic Escherichia coil to the animal husbandry is increasing, and it has attracted people's attention. |
