      试验旨在探究茶树油饲料添加剂(颗粒型)对保育猪生长性能的影响。试验动物选取小保育猪50头和大保育猪36头,小保育猪分为5组,每组10头,对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组饲喂基础饲料中分别添加50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg茶树油的试验饲料。大保育猪分为6组,每组6头,对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组饲喂基础饲料中分别添加500 mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg、2 000 mg/kg、4 000 mg/kg、6 000 mg/kg茶树油的试验饲料,试验期为60 d。结果表明,在小保育阶段,添加50 mg/kg茶树油饲料添加剂组在增重方面显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在大保育阶段,添加500 mg/kg茶树油添加剂组的试验组猪只增重最高,料重比最低;但是在大保育猪,添加茶树油添加剂的量达到6 000 mg/kg时,料重比最高,并且显著低于对照组(P<0.05),说明在保育猪的不同阶段添加适量的茶树油饲料添加剂,可提高猪只的生长性能,降低料重比。

      The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of tea tree oil feed additive (granular type) on the weaning piglets. 50 primary weaning piglets and 36 large weaning piglets were selected as experimental animals. Primary weaning piglets were divided into 5 groups with each group of 10, and the control group was fed basic feed, while the experimental group was fed basic feed supplemented with 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg, 200mg/kg and 400mg/kg tea tree oil respectively. Large weaning piglets were divided into 6 groups with each group of 6, which the control group was fed basic feed, and the experimental group was fed basic feed supplemented with 500mg/kg, 1,000 mg/kg, 2,000 mg/kg, 4,000 mg/kg and 6,000 mg/kg tea tree oil, respectively, with a trial period of 60d. The results showed that no obvious abnormality and death were observed in the control group and each experimental group. In the primary weaning piglets, the weight gain of 50mg/kg tea tree oil feed additive was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). In the large weaning piglets, the pigs in the experimental group with 500mg/kg tea tree oil additive had the highest weight gain and the lowest feed to meat ratio. However, when the amount of tea tree oil additive reached 6000mg/kg, the total weight gain of pigs was the lowest and the feed-meat ratio was the highest, which was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), indicating that the addition of proper concentration of tea tree oil feed additive at different stages of protected pigs could improve the growth performance of pigs and reduce the feed-meat ratio.
