2020年突如起来的新冠肺炎疫情使“核酸检测”进入了公众的视野,但在核酸检测中,部分病例在不同时间经2次以上的检测后结果由阴性转为阳性,这种现象的出现给临床诊断和疾病控制带来了极大的困扰。同样,在猪病的核酸检测中,假阴性问题亦普遍存在。新病毒的确认时间周期长、采集的待检样品不合格、核酸提取效果差是出现上述现象的主要因素。因地制宜地制定样品采集方案,试剂盒质量可靠,监督环节不缺失等,是输出合格检测结果的重要保障。 |

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 brought nucleic acid testing into public view. However, in nucleic acid testing, some cases turned from negative to positive after more than two tests at diff erent times. This phenomenon has brought great diffi culties to clinical diagnosis and disease control. Similarly, false negatives are common in nucleic acid testing for swine disease. The main factors are the long confi rmation period of new virus, unqualifi ed samples and poor nucleic acid extraction eff ect. It is an important guarantee for the output of qualifi ed test results to make the sample collection plan according to local conditions, ensure the quality of the kit and ensure the supervision. |
