| The necessity of total garlic extraction (TGE) was expounded in this paper. TGE has three major healthy barriers (microbial barrier, immune barrier and chemical & microbial double barrier) functions, which are the advantages in replacing antibiotics. The application of swine nutrition engineering technology is the fundamental guarantee to release the advantages of alternative to antibiotics. |
