| 2020 is the year of achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and the year of comprehensively winning the fight against poverty and ending the battle. However, the continuous spread of the COVID-19 epidemic has caused serious damage to the breeding industry and the situation of the pig industry is grim. In order to ensure that our country will achieve the goals of winning the battle against poverty and building a welloffsociety in an all-round manner, this article will analyze the impact of major epidemics on the swine industry by summarizing previous major epidemics, summarizing and refining the laws of supply and demand in major epidemics, and in-depth analysis of COVID-19. The impact of the epidemic on the swine industry and corresponding suggestions are made in terms of emergency mechanism, rescue system, financial support, and operating costs. |
