      数字PCR是基于反应体系有限分割的原理,突破了荧光定量PCR以“荧光信号”的变化进行检测的方式,实现了“数字式”检测。在特异性、可重复性等方面实现了里程碑式的跨越,在生物研究、医学检测、环境食品安全监测等科技领域得到广泛认可和推广。在国家政策大力扶持下,中国数字PCR行业保持稳定增长,数据显示,2018年中国数字PCR行业市场规模达到26.3亿元,同比增长17.9%。但目前在兽医检测领域,数字PCR在国内仍处于萌芽阶段,从生物科技的发展经验看,数字PCR预计将成为兽医检测领域未来的主要发展方向,非洲猪瘟的肆虐将催化这一进程。

      Digital PCR is based on the principle of reaction system limited segmentation, break through the fluorescence quantitative PCR to detect the change of the fluorescent signal, realized the "digital" test, In the specificity and repeatability field has been achieved the landmark across, in biological research, medicine, food safety detection, environment monitoring technology has been widely recognized and promotion. With strong support from national policies, China's digital PCR industry has maintained steady growth. Data shows that the market size of China's digital PCR industry reached 2.63 billion yuan in 2018, rose 17.9% from a year earlier. However, in the field of veterinary testing, digital PCR is still in its infancy in China. Judging from the development experience of biotechnology, digital PCR is expected to become the main development direction in the field of veterinary testing in future, and the emergence of African swine fever will catalyze this process.
