      长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)曾经被人们认为是转录过程中的“垃圾”,翻译过程中的“噪声”。但越来越多的研究发现其在转录的整个过程中具有调控作用,可以参与细胞内的多种生物学调控。之前,lncRNA在人类的疾病、细胞分化等方面得到了高度注视和研究,而在家畜上的研究相对滞后,文章主要综述了lncRNA的生物学功能及在猪上的研究进展,为lncRNA在家畜上研究和应用提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Long-chain non-coding RNA has been considered to be "junk" during the transcription or "noise" in the translation process, but more and more studies have found that it plays a regulatory role in the whole process of transcription and can participate in a variety of biological regulation in cells. Before that, lncRNA has been highly concerned and studied in human diseases, cell differentiation and so on, but the research in livestock is relatively lagging behind. In this paper, the biological function of lncRNA and its research progress in pig are reviewed, which provides references for the research and application of lncRNA in livestock.
