| 随着天津市养猪业规模化的发展，猪粪污成为制约天津养猪业现代化发展的"瓶颈"。文章结合天津市养猪业发展现状，分析天津猪粪污资源化利用过程中的制约因素、粪污资源化利用和生态循环农业发展面临的主要问题，提出推进粪污资源化利用基础设施建设，促进资金、政策等倾斜；探索形成粪污资源化利用的全套运行机制；实现数字化转型，形成粪污资源化治理和应用平台；利用粪污收储创新机制，统筹处理畜禽粪污等相关对策，同时探讨将信息技术融入粪污资源化利用中，以期为天津市粪污资源化利用数字化转型升级及猪业可持续发展提供参考。 |

| With the large-scale development of pig industry in Tianjin, pig manure pollution has become a "bottleneck" restricting the modernization of pig industry. Based on the current situation of pig industry development in Tianjin, firstly this paper analyzes the restricting factors and the main problems in the process of pig manure resource utilization, as well as the development of ecological circular agriculture in Tianjin, putting forward to promote not only the infrastructure construction of pig manure resource utilization but also the inclination of funds and policies. Secondly this paper explores the complete operation mechanism of pig manure resource utilization. Thirdly this paper aims to realize digital transformation to form the platform of resource management and application of fecal sewage. Fourthly using the innovative mechanism of collection and storage of fecal sewage to deal with the livestock and poultry fecal sewage as a whole and the kinds of countermeasures, as well as to integrate information technology into the utilization of fecal sewage resources, in order to provide a reference for the digital transformation and upgrading of the utilization of fecal sewage resources and the sustainable development of pig industry in Tianjin. |
